These terms govern your use of FrontierFound, an online platform connecting buyers and real estate agents across Argentine and Chilean Patagonia. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What FrontierFound is
FrontierFound is a directory of real estate listings. We are not a real estate brokerage, we don't represent either party in a sale or rental, and we are not a party to any transaction that originates through the site. Our role is to display verified listings and connect buyers with the agent responsible for each one.
Agent accounts
To list properties, agents must create an account and provide real information about themselves and, where applicable, their brokerage. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
By publishing a property, you confirm you have the authority to do so. Publishing a property without that authority is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being suspended.
Listing content
Every listing goes through a review before it becomes public, but that review is not a guarantee that every detail is accurate. The agent who submits a property is responsible for the price, location, photos, and description being truthful and up to date.
If you find information in a listing that seems incorrect or misleading, you can report it by contacting the agent directly or reaching out through our contact page.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Publish properties that don't exist, that have already sold, or that you aren't authorized to list
- Use the site to collect other users' data for purposes unrelated to a genuine inquiry about a property
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or parts of the site you aren't authorized to access
- Scrape the site in an automated way without prior authorization
Intellectual property
FrontierFound's design, code, and branding belong to us. The photos and descriptions in each listing belong to the agent or brokerage who submitted them, who grants us a license to display them on the site while the listing is active.
Limitation of liability
FrontierFound doesn't guarantee that a listed property is available, that the displayed price is still current, or that a transaction will go through. We aren't responsible for disputes between buyers and agents, or for decisions you make based on information on the site. We recommend always confirming details directly with the agent, and getting independent legal advice before signing anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll note it on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which the content is published or accessed — Argentina or Chile, as applicable — without prejudice to any rights that each country's consumer protection laws grant you on a mandatory basis.
