This policy explains what data FrontierFound collects, what we use it for, and who we share it with.

What data we collect

  • If you register as an agent: your name, email, phone number, and, where applicable, your brokerage affiliation.
  • If you send an inquiry or a question about a property: your name, email, phone (optional), and the message you write.
  • If you're an agent submitting a listing: the property's details, including any photos you upload.

We don't collect data from buyers who just browse the site without registering or sending an inquiry.

How we use your data

We use your data to connect buyers with agents — your inquiry is sent directly to the agent responsible for the property — to manage agent accounts, and to display your public profile if you're an agent. We don't use your data to send you third-party advertising.

Who we share your data with

  • The agent responsible for a property receives any inquiries and questions you send about that property.
  • We use infrastructure providers to host the site, the database, and images (currently Supabase for the database and storage, and Vercel for hosting), and Mapbox to display location maps. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own advertising purposes.
  • We don't sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your currency and language preference in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to choose them again on every visit. We don't currently use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted database access. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by reaching out through our contact page. If you're an agent, you can also edit most of your data directly from your dashboard.

Children's privacy

FrontierFound isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we make a significant change to this policy, we'll note it on this page with a new "last updated" date.
