You've got an interested buyer and want to send them the listing over WhatsApp, or you need a clean PDF to attach to an email. Both are now one click away from the dashboard, on each listing's detail view.
On a published listing's detail page, the Share button opens a menu with:
The link that gets shared is always the real public URL of the property β the same one any buyer arriving through search would see, never an internal dashboard link.
The Download PDF button opens the property's public page and automatically triggers the browser's print dialog, with "Save as PDF" sitting right there as one of the destinations β no need to go hunting for the print command yourself.
The PDF is generated from the public page, not the internal dashboard. That's deliberate: the dashboard shows internal data (buyer inquiries, price history) that has no business showing up in a document you're sending a client.
Before generating the PDF, we automatically hide the site header, the map, and the contact form β what's left is a clean sheet with the photos, price, property details, and your contact information as the agent.
Sharing via WhatsApp or social is fastest when the buyer is already in a chat with you. The PDF makes sense when you need something attachable to an email, printable, or saved to a follow-up folder β for example, ahead of an in-person showing where you'd rather have the document on hand without depending on a signal.
Both options only show up on listings that are already published and approved β which makes sense, since before that there's no real public page yet to share.
